Right now in Haven's life, she:
~Says hi in her little baby talk to everyone she sees, usually prompting a surprised and delighted response.
~Waves hi with her arm held as straight and high as she can make it while her eyes stare you down. Unwaveringly.
~Gets comments of, "She's so social" and "She has such beautiful blue eyes!" several times a day.
~Constantly says, "Oh!" and "Wow!" to everything around her.
~Tries to make a snort (like a pig noise through her nose) all the time after doing it once by accident and laughing hysterically.
~LOVES balls. She loves playing catch. She'll sit there and throw and catch longer than she'll do anything else. And she has a GREAT arm. Really good aim.
~Gives lots of kisses and hugs--sometimes as her own idea. =)
~Copies words I say out of the blue, such as: buckle, did it, all done, hi, bird.
~Tries to put the grossest thing in her mouth she can possibly fine and then crawls away at a crawl-sprint.
~Immediately starts shaking her hips when she hears a song or any kind of beat.
~Sings along with me.
~LOVES baby genius and will sit there and watch almost the entire thing.
~Is incredibly good at standing up and sitting down with nothing to lean on. She'll stand up in the middle of the room, walk a few steps, and then gracefully sit back down.
~Is VERY ticklish.
~Is an extraordinarily beautiful baby. But I might be biased.
~Is extremely active! She won't sit still with me anywhere. She's quite a workout at church.
~Is the most delightful and interactive little one year old. She smiles and talks to you and wants to have a meaningful conversation. =)
~Has an adorable fake laugh she'll whip out just to make you laugh at her. Or, she'll use it to laugh along when she hears someone else laughing.
~Is loved immensely.
